The parent company is still AIG, so there's some stability in the company.

Cons

There is a lot of change about to happen here, but no one knows what the heck it will be. Management is being moved all over the place.

The organization has flattened out quite a bit, allowing for autonomy and exposure to senior management. If you're vocal and immersed, you can create a fair amount of opportunity for yourself. In that sense, it can be a great fit for "on-the -job training."

Cons

Lack of formal training and career development. Flawed performance management. Horrible vacation policy.
