A hard hustle at times, unexpected chargebacks seem to always pop up when you're expecting a big payday.

100% paid trainging - set salary for the first few months, which is very rare in insurance, Flexible schedule for the most part, but meetings are absolutely mandatory no matter what!

Cons

So much paperwork, old-school when it comes to promotions, The office I worked in required A LOT of office time for agents, which cut into sales time.
