Great place to work if you are looking for a place you can work for your entire career and never have to leave. Fantastic benefits but not the best I have ever seen.

Cons

The only con is that the path to promotion is rather ambiguous, and it is said they want to promote from within, but I would be quite skeptical if you ever hear that.
