Cons

Lack of consistency, constant change of strategy, ineffectual leadership structure and a challenged reputation in the marketplace are all challenges to working at AIG.

Head hunters call every day, so there is a future PTO policy is good Flex Working; can work from home

You have it be an Old Blue (long time AIG staff member), to have a chance for any good job Leadership is a total mess. New CEO is Old Blue, already taking care of fellow Old Blue staff
