Particularly after 2008 company is changing courses every now and then and not in a mood to settle giving the name "Change is constant in AIG." Frequent strategy changes based on the changes in top management creates lots of confusion in the market as well as in the employees. The Indian offspring came after these changes at AIG US, is totally ill manged by local senior management who has nil experience in operating this type of operations.
