Pros

You would only work here for the pay lets be honest... Also no drug test if that fancies some of you...

Cons

-If your store manager has unreal expectation you’re going to have a bad time - You might need a back replacement if you spend 5+ years in the job - The amount of customers you serve is insane and it will drain your charisma

Pros

Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Boring and monotonous work. Absolutely nothing to be excited about or look forward to. Extremely physical job, as everyone there does EVERYTHING. They keep the prices low by having only a few people running the whole store, so you're basically running around like crazy for your whole shift. Stocking, cleaning, organizing, cashing, customer service, assisting the managers, etc, its all your job. There are very few people who work for Aldi that aren't miserable. No company culture. We do our jobs and we go home.
