You never have a time to be with your family, you wil miss a lot of kids baseballs, soccer,summer picnics.... if you need specific day off good luck!!! They want you to be available from 6am until 10pm 7 days a week 365 day no Question asked... If you are managet the alarm company can call you anytime day or night and you have 2 go back to store... if store looses electricity you can be there 24hours plus working with flashlights and even that is not going to be good enough... Please don't give this company your time...!!!!!!! They don't care for there hard working employees.

Pros

Good wage, time in lieu given for any hours worked over contract, lots of opportunities for growth and promotion, especially in this region. Able to take on more responsibility if you want.

Cons

Big hours. The contract is 40 hours/week but in busier periods (more often than not) you can work 50-60 hour weeks. As there are only 3-5 managers per store it can be difficult to swap shifts or find a replacement if you are sick.

Higher pay than most other jobs in this ondustry

Be prepared to work your butt off. I'm in shape, but this is like an 8 hour work out. So be prepared to lose about 15 lbs within a month. No one told me that when hired. Management isn't friendly enough. Morale seems to be crappy. Customers are treated poorly, even by management. The timing every move you make, uh, not for me, and I'm a hard worker. And every time you go faster and make goal, they just raise the goal higher. I really cannot believe how they are completely not customer concerned in any way - they do not train you to care about customer service. They just want you to get as much physical work done as possible and as quickly as possible - that's it. Do not expect anything more from this. Also, they tell you when you start that you get 15 minute breaks when working 8 hours - but you dont. And when you ask about it, be prepared to get different stories and then be given attitude for even bringing it up. No balance at work - one day you close and the next you're there at 6AM. They don't supply their employees with BOX CUTTERS - you have to buy your own, hilarious. You really aren't getting paid anymore, because they have no cleaning service - just you. And no one in warehouse with equipment - just you. So they can cut their costs that way.
