Corp management is unorganized, district managers are a poor connection between the stores and upper management. No solid communication, your better off asking other store managers for help then your district manager, its unfortunate but they don't promote from with in so DMs are new and unexperienced. Experienced store managers would make the most successful district managers but Aldi hasn't figured that out yet in the northeast.

Depending on who's your store manager, they set the tone of the store, you either love it or hate it. Also, upper management (district managers) are constantly breathing down your back. They lack actual experience in grocery retail most likely just got the job straight out of college, rather just have the "book smarts" for the job. Heard they don't like to promote from within with those positions. Could use room for better work/life balance; always feel like you're constantly on call. They don't believe in set schedules.
