      Excellent Benefits. Very relaxed culture. Very smart people. Unfortunately not too good in choosing managers.

      Benefits, Salary, Offices, Really smart People

      Cons

      A few manager focused too much on the short term. Cyclical business (and layoffs). Slow to adapt to new technologies though when I left it was already improving. Some manager manage by bullying employees, regardless of their actual performance. Too focused on "performance reviews" and not actual job done.

      Good company great benefits and good work environment. good guys in there with a lot of knowledge

      Cons

      Frequent changes employee not told what is needed.. No care for employee or work .. A lot of friends in upper management and with employees , makes a very bad environment for regular employee

      Pros

      Employee inter-relations is good, colleagues are very helpful and inter-department help is easy to get. Direct managers and team leads are a great resource, effective, well versed and very approachable. The directors are pleasant and effective.

      Cons

      The team is split working on different system sub-modules however do not interact often, fostering a silo work environment so getting a system view of the advance of the work is difficult to see. Training offered to employees is not well communicated and very scarce.
