Pros

The benefits package, but that can be found elsewhere... and better. The only other pro is walking out the door, either at the end of the day or for the last time.

Cons

Once you make it into an engineering group, there is practically no room for growth unless you are in Dallas or Atlanta. What they do is continue to lay off and pile those responsibilities on those remaining. So unlimited job responsibility growth, no career growth. Stanky currently has his stank all over the company. Leadership does not care anything about the product/service provided or the customer, only shareholder satisfaction. Employees rank even lower, next to nothing. Find interviews with Stanky, He's said so much outright. Current employees best bet is to hold out for a severance, if they are eligible.

Pros

benefits are best in the industry

Cons

they manage their business by employee surpluses. be prepared to go through at least 3 surpluses yearly, not based on anything. in order to advance you must sit in one of 3 locations; your seat matters more than your performance.
