Pros

The people that do the actual work are great... they produce the innovations, handle triage and keep things running for the customers.

Cons

Above director level, mostly, there is lack of leadership and lack of experience creating a disconnect between the many ranks and soloed teams across the US. No matter if your dedicated to the customers and doing what is right or if you have received multiple awards or if you save the company millions and millions even though its not your job or if you identify and expose silent network defects negatively impacting commercial, government and military customers across the nation when several other groups/teams should have and automation did not... They will fire you and blacklist you for not documenting/submitting your religious beliefs for approval by an unknown 3rd party and for then approval by your supervisor. They will create a fictitious scenario for the reason of termination and inform your state that you were fired for misconduct-insubordination, when there was none, which will make you ineligible for unenjoyment benefits causing you liquidate your retirement so you can feed your family and keep your home. You are just a number to this company. Document everything you can, I did.
