AT&T...walk the other way...

Pros

There's really not much to say here. I believe this was once a good company to work for, but those days are long gone.

Cons

Benefits are horrible. The company could care less about employee morale at all levels (lowest morale I've seen anywhere). There's zero career path mentoring/opportunity. Everything is automated. No tools, resources, or support to actually do your job (you can't even get office supplies in corporate offices). Upper management....wow....that's about all I can say. AT&T has mastered the art of not living up to internal and external commitments, without taking accountablitly. There' a complete loss of trust and respect for the company and senior management. And to top it off, they play the fear card in a bad economy, and tell employees to find another job if they don't like it. What a great place to work....

Pros

The money. Thats the best reason.

Cons

With over 300,000 employees in the company is can get very confusing. Groups and departments come and go.
