Pros

Pay and benefits were great. My pay was $25.50 an hour. I was totally paid for with health insurance as was my son. I only paid about $63 every two weeks for my wife who was also working.

Cons

When AT&T bought Bellsouth they couldn't just fire the old employees so they doubled the quota. No matter what we did there was something they would always complain about.

Pros

Pay and Benefits lots of overtime if you are in an outside tech job.

Cons

Very high stress level; High level of beaurocracy; sometimes it can be very hard to "get things done" for the customer when you have to interface with internal departments of company. As an outside tech you end up taking alot of heat from the customers because they are so frustrated by the difficulties of dealing with AT&T. First level managers are so stressed out they make postal employees look like they just returned from a meditation retreat.
