Pros

The union and that is about it.

Cons

tuition reimbursement is a good thing but you have to work for the company 2 years after they reimburse you good luck staying around that long. If you are going to have to pay it back you might as well get a student loan. Can't be promoted. They continually hire outside for management positions instead of looking internally and then the tenured reps are requried to train their managers while trying to hit their goals. There is no room for on the job training with management.

Pros

The pay is better than other places and there are some pretty cool people who work there. The Location is great right down the street from where I live .

Cons

Management is not great and rarely does a spot open up for advancement. Oh yeah and the customers can near give someone a heart attack and some don't understand English. Which wouldn't be a problem but that is the only language I speak.

Pros

I have made a lot of professional contacts and many great friends. The benefits are amazing and there's a lot of room for personal growth.

Cons

It's hard to find any downsides unless you hate change.
