Pros

Flexible work schedule with the ability to work at home at least once per week. Ongoing training and leadership programs on an annual basis. Discounts on all services including Mobility, Home Security, and DIRECTV. Excellent, low cost benefits package.

Cons

Job security at AT&T is no longer what it used to be. Since the DIRECTV merger there have been several rounds of layoffs due to redundancy in all positions. Pay scale is probably lower than most Senior Project Management positions with other comparable companies.

Pros

ok benefits, 401k, paid time off

Cons

I've heard that these issues were addressed within that last few years, but when i worked there it was an intense atmosphere of trying to get workers to sell anything and they would constantly critique your sales nonstop it was really annoying and didn't help just was counterproductive.
