Pros

Although AT&T Retail isn't for everyone, I would say if you are highly competitive and willing to go the extra mile for customers, there isn't any better place. I was and still am helped by management to become the best version of myself for sales and for management.

Cons

If you aren't determined, willing to grow, and OK with constant technological and corporate changes, you will find yourself quickly burning out.

Pros

There are several pros to working with AT&T: you get to meet people from all over the world, the discounts on services are excellent, and the vendors you work with are awesome. They offer a nice 401K along with fair vacation balances.

Cons

Seniority plays a huge role in scheduling, if you do not have any you will be closing every night and working every weekend.
