Pros

The only Pro would be if you already have job there and were hired more than ten years ago. They do have hardware and software if you want to work in a large environment.

Cons

Constant reductions in the IT employees. No new hires and reluctance of decent people to take leadership roles has created a hostile internal environment due to incompetent mid level managers worried they will be the next to be downsized. Extreme lack of balance between work and life balance due to staff reductions, poor management, and overwhelming incompetence of primarily contractors from India. The company is really to large to fail, this used to be Southwestern Bell and the acquisitions of failing companies (Ameritech, Prodigy, AT&T, etc) brought an influx of deadwood with them that has brought this company down by merging those employees into the mix instead of laying them off.

Pros

Ability to max out commission and make some great money. A lot of freedom in the outside sales model.

Cons

Lots of red tape. Sometimes it can be troublesome to get things done. Lots of things still done via excel sheets.

Pros

really good pay with really good benefits if you do what you're supposed to do you will move up. There is areas of opportunity of Advancements throughout the company

Cons

Very stressful you cannot control what customers want to buy so if they do not buy what you have to offer you will have to deal with the consequences from your area managers and district managers
