Pros

Not only competitive based pay but great benefits including health and time off, ongoing training, great people, supportive management, recognition, career growth opportunities, employee discounts on great products, encouragement to challenge the status quo, participate on team activities and community efforts.

Cons

Challenge for me is the time to take advantage of all of the training, webinars, town halls and speaker series that are offered.

Pros

Ability to move around and get a diverse host of business experience within the same company. Commitment to integrity and doing what's right. Great co-workers

Cons

Hierarchical org structure. Different SVPs will have tremendously different styles creating a diverse set of cultures. Lack of honest and direct feedback means navigating blind through a political jungle that can be worse than high school.

Pros

Excellent compensation and incentives, attainable goals, great atmosphere. Hard work is rewarded.

Cons

Constant change in compensation, so be ready for different focuses in sales every 6 months.
