Pros

If you like technology and being ahead of the curve when it comes to knowing about it, this is for you. Union representation is wonderful. Seniority plays a part in everything, including scheduling. So the longer you work there, the better hours you get and the benefits are amazing.

Cons

The sales coaching is micromanagement. Like having to ask specific questions to customers exactly how they word it. Not everyone's selling style is the same and what worked for them might not work for everyone. If you don't do it to a T, you're in trouble. If you do, it might cost you your paycheck.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. company vehicle and tools provided. Strong tech to tech support. Plenty of work to go around.

Cons

Performance is based on a flawed metrics system. Confused the customers and techs are blamed for it even if we break our backs trying to make them happy. We show up to work every morning to be threatened or yelled at in military fashion. Forced to sell a protection plan to customers but also expect us to ensure them the system is too notch.

Pros

I can get free DirecTV and 50% off AT&T services. There is onsite gym, but they charge $10 monthly. There is an onsite cafeteria, but it's way overpriced.

Cons

Political, bureaucratic, Over processed, favoritism, over worked, slow moving beast. Lots of finger pointing. Management is always looking for someone to hang and always yelling at people. There is no loyalty or support. People are laid off and fired with no notice.
