Pros

+ Good coworkers + Too much data (which is better than too little) + If you are aggressive and really want a promotion, they will try and help you get it

Cons

- Management is paid a lot for making so many costly strategic mistakes - They are downsizing by making it an uncomfortable place to work (reducing work from home even when there is no need to come in, moving people to where they do not want to go) - There is a permanent miasma of hopelessness around the office that reduces efficiency because no matter how much they like you or how much you have done for the company, they will lay you off to meet their numbers.

Pros

Great pay, great people and lots of challenging work.

Cons

Company does not care about their employees. You’re only a number. First place they look for savings is cutting head count.
