Non-mgmt is Union Decent benefits ( medical / dental / vision / 401k, etc ) Multiple work locations across the US

Cons

Company is laying off staff heavily Company is very deep in debt atm ( ~$150B ) Leadership seems inadequate / lost Company is not replacing headcounts of those let go Company is playing games to force employees to voluntarily quit All work for those let go are being forced upon those who remain Old technology, older workforce

Lower pay scale for experience. Would not pay for further education despite advertising that they do.
