Pros

- Only one: Having in your resume that you have worked for AT&T is a good point, this is due to the fame of the AT&T of USA, AT&T Mexico is million light-years behind AT&T of USA.

Cons

- Regarding operations, Managers are micromanagers or do not have any knowledge of being a manager (Iusacell Inherited issues), also many are so arrogant and inhumane. - Too many managers are plagued with conflicts of interest regarding North-American law (Corruption practices in overseas operations) and are shareholders of plenty of contractors invoicing their employer for services (nasty conflict of interest). - Nepotism is King: Lots of people with no knowledge of their position because "Nepotism" positioned them because they are friends of someone high profile or you have a great body (Old Iusacell practice). - No work-life balance: If you check-out from job your at your exit hour, managers and coordinators get angry, like if your life and soul were company's property, also, if you work on Maintenance Windows at night, finished at 4am, they demand you to be at office at noon. Expect a common 11 hour shift daily. - The most incredible fact: 90% of Employees do not speak English, the great Universal Telecom Language. - Employees have a kind of Stockholm Syndrome: AT&T Mexico Wages are above the national average, and many employees are pissed-off by the company managers, but because they lack knowledge for their position, specially in the English Language, they are unable to move to another better job because no other company will pay better without the skills needed so they keep captive in the company.

Pros

Inclusive work environment. Modern facilities. Good online training options.

Cons

Terrible mess of hundreds of thousands of different tools and processed not one person can understand or oversee fully. No sense of direction, no standard set of tools, missing communication between departments. Ridiculous dress code that makes no sense whatsoever. Agents could care less about the customer, but care about their bonuses which is perfectly understandable given the main motivator to work for AT&T is money.
