Pros

This was one of the most satisfying jobs I have ever had. It provided challenges and rewards unlike any other. There was a balance between work, community and family that allowed for location, remote and virtual workspace give a sense of accomplishment and truly made me feel as if I was making a difference. The culture and values of the company made me more socially aware and active. To this day I still involve myself is community affairs and helping people in need.

Cons

There were no real "cons" to the job. I was part of a FMP, otherwise given the choice I would still be working for the company to this day.

Pros

Pay, benefits, diversity, opportunities, relocations, reputation, guaranteed longevity, change, innovative

Cons

Discrimination, passing the blame, inconsistent message from leadership to employees, it's who you know. Good old boys club, unfair labor practices, dedication, sacrufice and loyalty to this company means nothing. Evetyone is replaceable. No appreciation and honesty. Instead lied to and set up for failure. Prepare to be blindsided by leadership. One day your the best the next day your nobody. Dont kill yourself for your managers here. It will mean nothing even after 23 years .

Pros

- Great pay and benefits - Excellent training and support - Ongoing learning opportunities - Discounts on services and products - Great coworkers - Fun environment - Clear expectations - The ability to help customers

Cons

The schedule can be less than convenient for parents if they have lower seniority, but the pay is helpful to parents too and is hard to find at other jobs.
