Beware of Layoffs

Pros

Great benefits, high compensation, work from home, discounts on products and services.

Cons

No loyalty- laid off after 20 years - 5 years before retirement. They are offshoring jobs and getting rid of loyal employees. 3-4 surplus/workforce reductions per year. Never know when your number will be pulled. Overall great experience until the end.

Pros

I honestly cannot think of any right now. Vacation time was great but you never get to use it.

Cons

The manager for our group was really bad. I did not want to leave, he gave me no choice. Overworked Contributions no recognized The public criticism was the WORST My manager didn’t care about his team, we were just numbers that could be replaced. We were repeatedly told to do unethical things to get our numbers. Constant change - really for the worst The compensation for the work done was horriable.
