Pros

- pay was hourly plus commission - customers come to you so no knocking on doors - gives you a chance to test new products before launch - you get a company phone

Cons

- politics with upward mobility - rotating managers every 6 months don't help productivity - area managers can be very sneaky and delegate discipline through immediate managers - no cons with pay because it's the one of the highest in the industry

Pros

At&t pays well for retail They offer decent benifits Such as vacation time, and company phone.

Cons

Management wants the SSR to wear multiple hats. You're a full-time SSR, part time rep, part time manager, and no one notices. If you want to move up in the company you have to go into sales. Your job is to help the staff, yet no one helps you with your task. No teamwork what so ever. I honestly feel because I don't make the company money, I don't matter.

Thank you for your comments and commitment to AT&T. We pride ourselves on providing a good work-life balance through the benefits and vacation time that we offer, as well as some work perks along the way, such as a company phone. We are sorry to hear that you are feeling overworked and underappreciated. Pros

Used to be a pleasure to work before the att merge. Great support and trainers, friendly family oriented environment, great incentives, fun. My review may change depending on how things change in the upcoming month(s).

Cons

Seems like everyone's being fired since att got involved. Lots of employees losing trust in the merge and in the company. There's always been a high turnover rate but this is crazy. Customers have absolutely nothing good to say about att ever.
