Pros

Cool n friendly environment depends on the team. No pressure at work. Good Company for ladies enjoy thier freedom.

Cons

No learning. No proper hike managers gives to thier fav. Team member. No fun activities. No gym. Have to die for team outing. Hardworkers are not recognised by thier managers. I dnt knw why many HRs are present for nothing. Jst like floor walk all around. Cab facilities worst ever. Canteen food waste. Pays are not according to market standards no market correction.

Pros

It's mostly AXA driven. So it is relaxed. Being a newer organization. There's lesser politics as compared with any other non IT company

Cons

You are done for if your manager is a jerk. You can't enjoy benefits like flexible timing, work from home if your manager is not ok. Beware of variable pay. It's unlikely that you shall see much or any of it.
