Pros

managers take your ideas seriously, it might take time but you will see the changes. 1.5hr lunch. not a big deal if you are late for work in the morning.

Cons

lag behind system, long working hour, low salary, things are usually done in the most obvious way. exhausting man power to compensate system loopholes. At best you have hard workers surrounding, no achievers or competitive ones at junior working level. Managers are great though.

Cons

No team players "every man for themselves" mentality Horrible contract program for new employees don't be fooled with promise of salary. Go straight commission
