Pros

Nice offices. Free coffee. Some good benefits.

Cons

It’s a very complex organisation with too much red tape and too little appetite for risk to the point where any creativity is stifled.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, while being part of a large global organisation like AXA comes with lots of benefits, a side effect is often a bit of added complexity - I'm sorry you feel that some of our processes have hindered you in your role. We appreciate your honesty and will take your feedback on board. AXA People Team

Pros

None, wouldn't recommend you to anyone. Work or product wise.

Cons

Typical corporate company. Happy to send job roles elsewhere and lose good customer service. Genuinely believe they'd train monkeys to do a job to save money. Happy to get rid of people at the bottom instead of at the top. Will do anything to make sure the top people her a hefty bonus at the end of the year. The company doesn't have the customers interests at heart. They quote mottos like one AXA, more like One Higher management. They lie about why things go badly and won't accept blame for their mistakes... Majority of team leaders are clueless and no help. All managers above them are sat on their high horse and look down at you. They have any respect for anyone below Team Leaders. Definitely a 'if the face fits you can go far' company. I've seen discrimination and lack of care for their staff. Pay is absolutely abysmal for the knowledge you have to know. Company says how you express your feelings and when you do, you get shot down and frowned upon. Shame there's a 1 star limit as I would happily give minus! Company should be appalled and they certainly don't adhere to their company slogans and mottos.
