Pros

Great development opportunities, excellent people to work with who are all passionate about what they do. Great location in Town

Cons

Depends on which business area you work in, depends on how performance is rated. In some areas, people seem to get away with murder!

Pros

People at a more junior level are very friendly Opportunities to travel

Cons

Senior management are incredibly micro-managing and pass on any stress down the chain instead of taking responsibility for decisions Everything is very much based on who rates you, it creates quite a gossipy culture There is a big blame culture and huge amounts of pressure are put on more junior staff No real exciting long term vision Failure to promote people or reward them properly Paris HQ feels very distant
