Pros

Benefits are good and bonus payments tend to be pretty good

Cons

Understaffed and overworked. Nobody cares how much work is put on you and how much of an affect it's having on you. You are expected to put up and shut up or leave! Company makes out they care about employee wellbeing but it couldn't be further from the truth! The most TOXIC place I've ever worked. The more senior the employee, the more they are just out for themselves. The place works in utter chaos and they do not care about their staff at all. You become surplus to requirements, they will toss you aside like you mean nothing! Avoid at all costs!

Pros

Culture is positive with great staff and collaborative working. Company is supportive and there is lots of opportunity to up-skill and develop. Feedback is actively listened to and worked on.

Cons

Multiple Business Units with separate strategies, projects and work streams creating unmanageable level of demand on resources. Always seem to be chasing the 'shiny new' without dealing with root problems.

Cons

Poor strategic vision by senior management. Ruthless approach to making sudden changes to strategy and structure. Desparation to chase industry recognition at expense of staff. Slow to react to changes in the market. Poor retention of key staff. Very weak HR function.
