Excellent Leadership and CEO

Pros

The new CEO is very involved in the transformation of AXA and her energy and positivity is very contagious. AXA has dealt with the current situation in an excellent way instead of choosing "the easy way" AXA empowered and trusted its people by offering WFH, flexibility and support. The leadership is “on a mission” to make the customer journey the best that it could possibly be and even at “lower” levels it’s easy to feel the energy of the leadership and their desire to innovate and grow. I personally love my job and I am proud to be working for AXA.I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

Being a big company there are a lot of politics and sometimes progression at the lower levels is achieved thanks to favouritism rather than talent and its very difficult to develop if you are not in the right "circle" . A lot of people have been working for the company for many years and they are somehow protected no matter what they do or don’t which can be demotivating. It can be a struggle to integrate as a "newbie" because you need to rely on other people and they are not all as friendly and as willing to help as they should. However if you can bear with it until when your are fully competent in your job then you won't regret it.

Pros

AXA is very passionate about their people and delivers a great service to our customers. The company provides many benefits to suit all employees, there is passion within the company to ensure employees receive the best support in what they do and what they want to achieve. I love working for AXA, I have been here for over 18 years and I have progressed in a great positions within in different functions of the business. This is down to the fact the management/colleagues within AXA provide the commitment to push you forward with your development and make you feel comfortable in whatever decision you make. AXA have many other support functions for all employees that will suit them and there are great opportunities to become successful in a career here in AXA. We are global company and when I see our brand name on advertisements and products it makes me proud to know I am part of this company. Being a branded name for a training kit for the most successful football club in the world says it all.

Cons

Many of our external products have not suited me in the past, but there are internal services and products which are great but, could look to have some improvements going forward.
