Thank you for your comments, it is nice to see that your experience with the benefits and working hours, which AXA UK have to offer, has been a good one. With regards to management we have a number of mechanisms for employees to feedback if things aren’t working quite right – some of these are anonymous if preferred – we actively encourage employees to feedback on such matters . Our Partners from both Learning & Development and Resourcing are also available to offer advice on career progression and we hope this supports our employees in this area.

Pros

Compassionate and Supportive Company. Great benefits and policies which help employees with a better work home life balance. Strong talent development and progression opportunities. Management are fully engaged, they openly ask for feedback and make changes from it - they listen and do!

Cons

Nature of the role (Claims) can be stressful with having to deal with distressing situations every day, but getting to help customers in need out ways this by far.
