Pros

Good benefits, life insurance, pension, buy/sell holidays, employee discounts. Good working environment, the company promotes empowerment, diversity and genuinely cares for its people. Constantly changes trying to improve. Supports good causes like charities, Pride, refugees’ employment and more. Also trying to move towards flexible working. Management recognises good work.

Cons

Salary is not very competitive, IT systems are quite behind. Career progression can be slow like in any big corporate. Sometimes there are just too many meetings, hard to keep up with the workload.
