Supportive Colleagues, great workplace culture. The company really cares about employee well being, Leadership clearly make an effort to reduce the image of top-down leadership in the company by providing employees with the pathways and opportunities to be heard.

Cons

Having a team based around the UK who you dont communicate with/see often can make team days a little awkward, they are still really fun!

Its a technical business, as insurance is technical. We need the best people here and carry weaker people.
