Pros

Mental Health empathy Pay and Holiday

Cons

IT infrastructure is the worst of anywhere I've worked. Service standards are appalling and managing don't know how to fix it. Complaint volumes are out of control.

Pros

AXA genuinely cares about its employees & endeavours to be a great employer.

Cons

Disfunctional IT dept stuck in a 1990’s command & control culture. Impossible to work with as a developer in the business. Aggressive & just plain nasty people sadly, expect to be patronised or ignored by your IT “partners” or even bullied if you are really unlucky. There are a lot of great people in IT doing their best as well but a significant minority make it an impossible place to work as a business developer.
