Pros

Good work life balance and benefits

Cons

Bureaucratic, constant restructuring, uninnovative, boring and too many people who have no ideas themselves but shoot down other people's - biggest reason for staff leaving

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is fantastic to read that you view the opportunity for fast progression as a positive for working at AXA. Our business is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers and to support our goal of moving from being ‘Payer to Partner’. This will from time to time impact our business’ internal budgets, but with the view to have minimal impact of our employees wherever possible. We have positive feedback from our employees around our inclusivity but if you feel this could be made even better please do talk to your department leads or our members of our Employee Resource Groups who would love to hear your ideas.
