Pros

There are some great people who work at AXA which made it so easy to stay. Receiving a yearly bonus was fantastic. Flexible working was always available.

Cons

In some areas of the business there was lack of progression due to minimal staff movement and you could regularly be at risk of redundancy.

Toxic, micro management, gaslight. HR will not have your back, they will cover up and protect the manager.
