Very customer focussed. Strive to do the right thing. Genuinely nice people who collaborate well.

Cons

Sometimes decision making can be a bit slow. Budgets can sometimes be tight but we are a commercial organisation that consistently meets our financial targets, especially in a challenging times, so understand this.
