More trouble than it's worth

Pros

You learn a lot - about yourself. Management is completely clueless and unwilling to listen, making for a terrible work environment but allowing for you to find your own working style. The "sink-or-swim" training plan helps young workers to grow up fast. Just be careful not to get too caught up and forget what work is like in the real world.

Cons

Complete lack of experience plus unwillingness to adapt to North American standards. All real decisions come from Spain, resulting in an office full of paper-pushers. Success in this company comes only from turning into a loyal "yes-man" and stroking the huge egos that run the place. Unethical and immoral practices are commonplace. If you're okay with this, expect to be rewarded with a big title/small salary in no time.

Pros

The technology and industry is interesting

Cons

The management is incompetent and fails to provide leadership. American employees are being replaced by Spaniards. Employee expense reimbursements take up to 3 months. Plants are unsafe to work in.
