Abengoa gives you many and big opportunities from the beginning. The laboural environment is quite good, and despite the outside image of the company (specially in Seville), the quality of the job and the conditions inside are better than other companies of its competition.

Cons

Sometimes, laboural environment is decreased due to the fact that there are corporate rules senseless that decrease the vision employees have of their job. Managers are quite often against taken responsibilities of their duty, delegating tasks without many sense. Currently, company is not going through its best moment, what creates uncertainty and a decrease in the environment.
