      Pros

      Challenging, tough problems to solve, very busy - lots of projects to work, nice people to work with, solar plants are very cool etc. etc.

      Cons

      Parent company bankruptcy issues, no bonus for employees while upper management got big chunks just before bankruptcy proceedings; nepotism; too many redundant middle managers who add no value; redundant central services team that is bureaucratic and add no business value

      Pros

      Big company with possibility to move to different sites and parts of the world. Invests a lot in technology and has an important participation in renewable energies.

      Cons

      The top management gets too involved in all types of decisions, strategic and operational, not allowing to operate correctly and changing decisions last minute. The company is currently suffering strong financial problems and its a mistery what will turn out to be.

      Pros

      The mission of the organization is great. A lot of really smart, amazing people work there. They have 1/2 days on Fridays over the summer which is really nice.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy is like no other place I've ever seen. There is no way to tell who is doing what and a ton of money seems to be wasted on inefficient processes. Poor pay to round that off.
