State of the art technology. Good opportunities to be part of important projects. Good learning due to the holistic view of the business as employees have to perform many functions

Cons

Companies value have been decreasing along the years. they got even worse during the financial crisis. Rigid company where is complicated to make improvements in the way of working. Tight control of its employees leading to a low motivations of its employees.

The company has newly started bidding for combined cycle power power projects in Asia and Middle East countries. And there is a lot of scope to learn here as there are a total of 40 engineers working along with a business development team

Cons

Management is not efficient. The people are also not efficient

The technology and industry is interesting

Cons

The management is incompetent and fails to provide leadership. American employees are being replaced by Spaniards. Employee expense reimbursements take up to 3 months. Plants are unsafe to work in.
