      You get to work on interesting projects and work for a company with a lot of resources. Creativity is encouraged and coworkers are top notch.

      Impossible bureaucracy, incomprehensible corporate policies regarding technology and worker efficiency, constantly changing goals, schedules, and budgets.

      Cons

      Dont join Abeinsa Business Development Mumbai (EPC) as a Civil Engineer. You will regret it. There is no technical work. Everything is more like documentation and tedious BOQ calculation.
