Pros

Entrepreneurial company which supports employees with a formal training every year, innovative and financially healthy. They offer free of charge several benefits (employee perks) that are quite useful: gym, cash-benefit, kid playground.

Cons

Recently, they are forcing employees to eat in the work place and to work 2-3 extra hours daily which are not paid. These aspects create a negative work climate

Great industry, poor management

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Flexible hours. Great people (who are leaving for more secure opportunities).

Cons

Management by coercion. Women are lesser beings and i think the pay reflects that. Spanish managers that don't always have the language and people skills to keep the skilled/ knowledgeable people necessary to produce great projects, however that are willing to train inexperienced. No room for promotion if you are not fluent in Spanish. While they hire good engineers, they regularly transfer from Spain, unqualified people for other technical positions. More work for the rest of us.
