      I hate the every process followed. Manger thinks that he/she is following the process correctly. Infact they are not.Nobody teach you/guide you properly when you join into the team.. You feel like you are directly jumped into ocean without knowing swimming. You do not find your life if your are joining such projects.. Long working hours.. No proper management... No work life balance at all.......not at all employee friendly..... Worst management... Worst workcilture....

      Pros

      It's one of the top companies in the world where a recent graduate would like to work, It's like returning to college where you can learn some business development skills and other disciplines.

      Cons

      You never get help when needed, you must figure out everything for your client. Sometimes you can be thrown into a kind of project where you don't know anything. Mostly you will be promised to get involved into projects where you can use your knowledge, but that's not true most of the time. They also promise you that you will be developing your career as you desire but that's also a lie, everything depends on the manager you work with and If he will let you join another consulting team.

      The company trains you to be well prepared to develop your job, and you don´t get bored because there is always a different task.

      Maybe the only challenge that you could find is to be at the level required to achieve your professional goal and to to get stuck.
