      My experience with ACCIONA has been extremely positive. Management empowers employees, providing the guidance and support needed to help you reach your full potential. Team work is greatly valued and collaboration is part of the culture. It is also great to work for a company that not only invests in its people but also has a clear and meaningful purpose - renewable energy and sustainability.

      location opportunities across projects salary multicultural a lot in the pipeline

      Cons

      clarity of where we are going towards to (this is improving since management started doing more townhalls) Can be challenging to implement a new procedure without discussing it for months and collecting approvals from Acciona Australia / Spain A lot of double work across systems / tools (time consuming)
