Pros

1. Had a 10 day induction training to have knowledge of the company and systems. 2. Fast growing (means changing) company for good and bad, but to maintain the knowledge and skills, online training was available to take it. 3. Salary package was not bad when comparing with other companies, but less benefits.

Cons

1. I was hired as a Senior Market Manager to "manage the team of market managers"(from JD) however needed to take over 120 accounts and new acquisition of 40 hotels by myself. 2. Company was competing with blue OTA and wants more contracted hotels than them and was only concentrating to new acquisition. This was causing bad relationships with existing hotels. 3. All staff will be given KPI for each quarter however some of the KPI are highly not achievable. In chis case it will be measured by the % of achievement, so in this company, there is nobody who achieved the target and having some extra time for their own work.

Pros

Create your own opportunities. Potential to climb up the ladder fast. Opportunity to travel.

Cons

Internationally the company is great with strong leaders, however I can't say the same for the US office. They have lost good people to poor senior and upper management. There isn't enough education and training to make their good people great, which is not unfortunate because there was great potential for the US team.If you're looking to grow as a sales professional, the US office isn't for you.

Since the time of your review, we have taken steps to positively change the culture of our US office to make sure team members feel supported and appreciated. We’ve invested more in learning/training to develop and support top performance, improved employee communications and collaboration (including joint blue-sky thinking during the weekly Bagel Dialogues), relocated to a new office in the Empire State building and opened our first Los Angeles office. We'll continue to find new ways to improve and hope that these changes address some of your concerns. Thanks again for your feedback!
