Pros

Only pro is that given the nature of travel industry, you get to work on interesting stuff

Cons

1. Management really doesn’t care about employees and their growth. 2. They underpay you to the job they expect 3. Managers expect really unrealistic tasks to be done 4. There is no growth opportunity 5. Managers force you to resign using performance issues.

Cons

Leadership struggles to be relevant, many of them don't even know how to do basic tasks, instead, they just micromanage you to death.

Agoda is headquartered in Bangkok, this is a great city to live in

Cons

highly political environment, with petty middle managers and considerable amounts of infighting. Not a fun experience, high turnover.
