      1. Overall highlevel company culture is good 2. People are friendly and you get to work in a diverse environment 3. They have some really good company events

      Cons

      1. The culture you experience would be dependent completely on your team and manager. I've had both good and the worst experience with this. At the worst, my manager was highly manipulative and demoralizing. 2. Salary is low. Appraisals are lower! Not worth moving countries for. 3. Work pressure is high high.

      Pros

      Nice office space in central Bangkok. I'm told the pay is also competitive for employers in Thailand, but I haven't worked anywhere else there so no experience on that. It definitely wasn't globally competitive, as I left for > 2x pay in a similar cost of living area.

      Cons

      This will probably vary by department, but the culture in mine was toxic. Every meeting was just a competition for people to appear the smartest person in the room. Constant interruption and disrespect, even (and in one case especially) from senior leadership. I also found the business to be very extractive and unethical.
