Commission can be worthwhile if you put in the time, willing to work around your schedule (to a point)

Cons

Low wage, commission is good only if you've been here for years and have put in enough time...management is terrible and only cares about getting their bonuses, couldn't care less about the measley wage they pay their employees...will hire anyone off the street and looks like a welfare office

Cons

-Managment has no respect for employees and doesn't give any benifits for working there for a long time. no raises, bonuses, ect. -Morall is very low

Most of the people hired are good people and good to work with.

Cons

Make Agents take the fall for Managements mistakes, including Compliance mistakes, and will also lie right to your face that the two of you even spoke about the subject.
